MinoxTrack Support

For app support, billing questions or privacy requests, use the developer contact displayed on MinoxTrack’s Google Play listing and include your app version and device model.

Do not send medical records. MinoxTrack support cannot provide medical advice. For questions about minoxidil use, side effects, diagnosis or treatment, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

Restore Premium

Open the Premium screen and select Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google Play account used for the purchase.

Manage or cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select MinoxTrack.

Remove local data

MinoxTrack does not create a cloud account. To remove its local routine data, clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall the app.
